Terms of Service

These terms apply when you book an appointment with Belle Skin & Beauty ("Belle") at belleskinlv.com or receive our services. Booking an appointment means you accept them.
Bookings & deposits
- A deposit is required to confirm every appointment; the balance is settled at your visit.
- The deposit is non-refundable if you cancel last-minute, don't show up, or arrive more than 10 minutes late.
- To reschedule or transfer your appointment with your deposit honored, give us at least 48 hours' notice.
Booking for someone else
You may book for another person or as a gift. By providing their contact details you confirm you may share them with us; the appointment confirmation goes to the contact you designate during booking.
Payments
Deposits and payments are processed by Square. Belle never stores your card number. Charges appear under Belle Skin & Beauty.
Services & suitability
Our services are cosmetic and are not medical diagnosis or treatment. Please disclose relevant conditions, medications, and allergies when asked — certain treatments require a signed consent form before we can perform them, and we may decline a service when it isn't safe or suitable. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed.
Using this site
Don't misuse the site (no scraping, probing, or interfering with bookings). Site content — text, photos, and branding — belongs to Belle and may not be reused without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Belle's liability in connection with a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Nevada law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.
