Privacy Policy

Belle Skin & Beauty ("Belle", "we") is a boutique skin & beauty studio operating at 5567 E Lake Mead Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89156 and 9720 W Tropicana Ave, Suite 125, Las Vegas, NV 89147. This policy explains what we collect on belleskinlv.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Booking details — your name, phone number, email, the services, location, and time you choose, and (if you book for someone else or as a gift) the recipient's name and phone number you provide.
- Payments — your deposit is processed by Square. Card details go directly to Square's payment form; Belle never sees or stores your card number.
- Technical basics — our host (Cloudflare) keeps standard infrastructure logs. We run no analytics and no advertising trackers, and our own site sets no tracking cookies. That is why you see no cookie banner: there is nothing to opt into. If that ever changes, this policy changes first and a consent banner ships with it.
How we use your information
Only to run your appointments: creating and managing bookings, collecting the deposit under our cancellation policy, sending appointment messages through Square, and answering your requests. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Health-related information
The services you select can indicate information about your health (for example, a facial treatment choice). We treat service selections with the same care as the rest of your data. Before certain treatments we may ask you to complete a consent and health questionnaire — when that digital system launches, this policy will be updated (new version below) with a dedicated consumer-health-data section.
Who your data reaches
- Square — appointments, customer records, payments, and appointment texts/emails.
- Cloudflare — hosting and security (infrastructure cookies only).
- Neon — our database provider (appointment records).
- Google Fonts — the site's typefaces load from Google's servers, so your IP address reaches Google when a page loads.
- OpenStreetMap — the location map loads only after you click it; no request is made to OpenStreetMap before that.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Email lnlucycoba@gmail.com and we will respond within 45 days. One exception: records we are legally required to keep — for example signed treatment-consent records required by health regulations, and payment/tax records — are retained for their legally required period even after a deletion request, and deleted when that period ends.
Retention
We keep booking records while you are a client and as long as needed for the legal and tax obligations above; we do not keep data we no longer need.
Changes
Any change to this policy ships as a new version with a new effective date (see the version line below). Significant changes will be visible here before they take effect.
